That was Mr. hosseini and derakhshan and I,presentation.Mr Hosseini prepared the power point and and for the first part Mr derakhshan presented and I presented the second part of p.p. our subject was about active listening process.at first we said something about listening and inverbal active listening and at the second part , I said the verbal active listening process.

I myself,leaed something practical in controlling audiance and having efficient presentation that be good for listeners.And I think I presented verbal part ,practical that my friends totally got it.
