# first e-joual of the techniques in language teaching

The book though is written by Diane Larson-Freeman . This book is consist of 15 units and each unit is going to be taught by a group of two students each week
First sessions were about talking about the principles and syllabus of the class and dividing students into groups so they could work together to teach each lesson. The next session we started to cover units one-by-one. The first part which is an introduction to the course was taught by professor herself.
IN NEXT SESSION WE STUDIED THE GRAMMAR TRANSLATION METHOD WHICH WAS PRESENTED BY YOUNES ZAREI AND MEHDI HEYDARNEJAD.FOR INSTANCE WE HAVE LEARNT DEDUCTIVE TEACHING AND INDEDUCTIVE TEACHING.
The second presentation was for chapter 3,the direct method ,by Mr. Palme and Rezazade. In this method only the target language is spoken and the purpose is mainly communication

most of the students are involved in each conversations and they experience teaching in a class. After each presentation we try to evaluate it and give some helpful pionts which can be used in further presentations so that they would be as good as possible.
In the end I must say that we're studying an essential book this semester and it can help us in future teaching alot.
